Changeable Letters, Kits and Accessories  Pronto Changeable Copy Letters & AccessoriesGemini Pronto Changeable Copy are a cut above traditional saw-cut changeable copy. That’s because Pronto letters are made from an injection molded precision blank. Each panel is molded with a small raised edge on the back side of the letter that prevents the screen-printed ink from being scratched off as the letters are moved in and out the Pronto track. The molded-in feet keep debris (and in cooler climates, ice) from interfering placement of the changeable copy message. Finally, because the inks used on the Pronto letters are UV inks (no VOCs!), there are no harmful emissions during the manufacturing process. Pronto letters truly are the letter of choice.

Gemini’s custom forming operations provide you with a means of replicating a typestyle or logo that is not within their extensive mold inventory. With the ability to form their plastic into shapes not attainable with acrylics or polycarbonate—you can create designs with detail that you would not think possible. Custom Cast Letters and Logos
Gemini can cast various letters, logos and symbols in sizes ranging from 2” to 84”. However, not all letter styles or logos can be cast as originally designed. Stroke width, depth, and overall size of the pieces must take into account the sandmolding process and the ability to pour molten metal to all areas of the design. We will work with you to cast the design or letter style as close as possible to original artwork. All custom cast pieces will require a signed artwork approval prior to beginning production.
